	Crystal De Raffele, Member Services Director 845-462-1246 Send Email I am the Member Services Director for BNI of the Hudson Valley. I provide support services for all of the members of our Region, the Executive Director & the Assistant Directors. I began working for BNI in 1998, in an office support capacity. My job consists of updating the website, member-chapter changes, processing and general info updates as needed. My Education was in Liberal Arts and minor in Business. My experience in Sales began in 1991 working for Best Priced Products, a Physical & Occupational Therapy Supply Company. As a Sales Rep I processed Patient and Doctor medical supply orders. My last year with the company, I worked with the parent company at the Baseline Manufacturing Plant, dealing with vendors. In addition to my role as Member Services Director, I am also a NYS Licensed Realtor,I work with Century 21 Country Bumpkin in Fishkill. As a Mother, I have 2 beautiful Daughters to keep me busy!
	Frank De Raffele, Executive Director 845 849-3500 x101 Send Email Frank is the Executive Director for BNI Hudson Valley. He founded BNI in the Hudson Valley area 1995. He has built an incredible team of Directors and Ambassadors who are some of the most talented business professionals in the region. Frank is the Host of the Nationally Syndicated, Entrepreneurial Excellence Radio Show. The show can be heard in 10 States and is simulcast on the web at www.EERadioShow.com. Frank is also the President of the ProActive Leadership Center. He consults, trains and does keynote presentations throughout the United States, UK, Europe and Asia. He is the author of Successful Business Networking, a contributing author to the NY Times and Wall Street Journal best seller, Masters of Networking and has 3 more books on contract.
	Sam Boice, Assistant Director 917 267-9017 Send Email I started with BNI about six and a half years ago with the formation of the Kingston Chapter. I have been involved in all aspects of starting a core group to running a chapter holding several leadership positions. I am currently a member of the New Paltz Networking Pioneers Real Estate power team, representing Countrywide Home Loans. I am the Director for the Monroe Premier Chapter, the Poughkeepsie Professional Connections Chapter and the Newburgh Business partners Chapter. I have been involved in all facets of residential mortgage lending since 2001. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army.
	Robert Glemming, Assistant Director 914 315-9470 Send Email Robert “Bob” Glemming, Director. Prior to being a Director Bob owned Q-Search Marketing Inc, which was a 48-seat call center in Wappingers Falls. Before starting Q-Search Marketing Bob was Director of Membership for the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that position, Bob was Division Manager for ALOS’ Information Solutions Division – a computer, networking and Software Company located in Orange County. Bob has more than thirty years of sales and marketing experience in the information technology industry. Bob serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce. Bob has been a Director in the Hudson Valley for four years and is the Director for the Poughkeepsie 3000 and Fishkill Gateway Chapters.
	James Kimple Ph.D., Assistant Director 845 534-2899 Send Email Jim Kimple has been a consultant and trainer in organizational effectiveness and workforce development since 1980. Since then Dr. Kimple has served clients in the metals, automotive, medical products, and consumer goods industries, as well as public education, government, and social service agencies. He has developed and delivered training in process analysis, quality systems, effective communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence and conflict management. He has assisted unions and management in joint planning and work redesign initiatives, and has served as a neutral during preparation for contract negotiations. Dr. Kimple has recently concentrated on assisting health care organizations address quality, customer service, and culture change issues. Dr. Kimple has presented his work at national conferences including the American Society for Quality, The American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, and the FMCS National Labor-Management Conference. He is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Mount Saint Mary College.
	Jeanne-Marie Lowell, Assistant Director 845 928-7494 Send Email Jeanne is a classically trained vocalist who has performed in concert, opera, theater and cabaret. She is a principal singer with the Delaware Valley Opera Company. In addition, Jeanne performs for weddings, concerts, private parties and corporate events in all styles of music and in several different languages. Jeanne has been a member of BNI for 5 years and will be going into her fourth year as Assistant Director in the Hudson Valley region.

	Amy Stillwaggon, Assistant Director 845 566-4211 Send Email Amy manages the Commercial Sales Division of Newburgh Envelope Corp. She represents the 4th generation within the family business, working closely with both her father and grandfather daily. Newburgh Envelope has some of both the oldest and newest technologies in place to produce most any printed product, but especially envelopes. Amy holds both an Associates and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with Management and Marketing concentrations. Amy is a member of the IAPHC, an association for printing house craftsmen. This club broadens her network of local printers, provides education and keeps her aware of industry trends and shifts. Amy is currently the Director for the New Windsor Legacy and Goshen Gold Chapters of BNI.
